No plus ones allowed, unless it is a child under 12. All deposits are non-refundable. All service payments are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless we cancel your appointment ourselves. We charge £1 per minute that you're late, once you exceed 5 minuets there will be a £10 late fee. exceed 10 minuets there will be a £15 late fee. exceed 20 minuets and there will be a £20 late fee, 30 minuets late, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund.
